I just came on here to thank you for your stellar service. Having signed-up a month ago, I have to say I was and am so happy and impressed with your product/service from the first second.

You were speedy with installing my fibre lines, setting me up on the complimentary LTE service, and efficiently activated my fibre connection within the promised timeline. I've struggled with relatively "inexpensive" service providers, and it actually ended up costing me tonnes more money and mental stress. Your product is cost-effective, yet the service and delivery is really good, and one can tell you care about customer/user experience. I hope you continue in this professional, efficient way.

My only request is that you ensure that whichever agent the mobile assistant via WhatsApp (Zanele) hands us over to, is actually responsive. I've had an incident where someone just never bothered to reply back and the worst thing is to be left waiting for promised tech support.
