STILL NO REFUND AFTER ALMOST 5 MONTNS AND 2 HELLOPETER REVIEWS

This company had failed to refund ab overpayment made into their account to the value of R395. Two reviews were posted and a Joshua rep**** to both. The last that he had forwarded my case to the billing department. That was about 2 weeks ago and still no refund. It's nearly 5 months that the refund was requested from them and just under 2 months that i posted the issue on hellopeter. I keep hearing it's been escalated and escalated. I think it's now escalated past the international space station and on route to the Moon. Thereafter, it will be Mars. Come on Supersonic. Check how many payments i have made to the company since joining in October 2020. From there it would be easy to see that I am R395 in credit. It should stand out that the subscription is R394.99 and a payment of R395 was made. That should be a clear indicator that the consultant that advised me to make a manual payment is at fault here.
