Stay far away from SUPERSONIC

I signed up with Supersonic on 18 August but never had internet connection. Tried sorting out the issue through contacting them 3-4 times on a daily basis, And they did NOTHING to try to sort out the connection. I eventually had to pull the plug on my efforts and cancelled (before having a connection). Now they expecting me to wait a calendar month before I can ask another service provider to connect me. This is absolute madness! I can only attempt to get internet after 31 October.
