STAY FAR AWAY!

If there was a 0 option I would've selected it. To this day I am waiting for 5 agents to call me back since Aug. I had to tell the 6th agent "no, I do not to get a call back, fix it now" got transferred probably 4 times finally get my line released. It's literally pulling blood from a rock. Coming from a call centre background, I had to literally coach the agent on the phone on how to do their job - absolutely disgusted. Low key have heart pulpations thinking about this company. Stay far away from these people if you want peace of mind.
