Shocking Supersonic service

I have been a customer and supporter of Supersonic for many years but their recent service has been shockingly poor. I have had intermatent internet connection for the past week with up to 70% of the day without connection. When I have a connection it is as low as 0,5Mbps. The response from their whatsapp customer service is non existing.
