Shocking service#supersonic

Ordered a fibre router on 3 May 2021 Order has been pending for over a week now I have left messages with 4 different consultants and yet to receive a call back

When you request to speak to a manager you are told they are busy They have been busy since last week 15 May I wonder who pays their salaries

This is absolutely shocking service

To the Managing Director #calvincollett I would like to you to personally attend to this matter as I have tried escalating it through the proper channels with dismal failure. Please understand how frustrating this experience has been Being a customer of your business for the past year and only wanting another fibre line for a 2nd property has not been a supersonic experience

I am now considering taking my business elsewhere
