Shocking Service from MTN Supersonic Fibre

I ordered a new fibre line from MTN Supersonic over 6 weeks ago to replace an existing fibre line. Everything was arranged for end August for old connection to be discontinued ad the new line to be connected. It is now the 7th of the month and still NO connection. Every time I speak to a consultant at Supersonic I receive a different story - it takes ages to speak to anyone- nobody knows whats going on, everyone of these consultants pass it on because they do not want to take responsibility and you get different stories each time. And they dont do what they say they will do. I regret changing over to this company.
