Shocking service from “best ISP”

When you read an article that Supersonic is the best ISP provider in South Africa , you read it and you think ok, let’s try them. Big mistake. I have been on an up and down battle nearing three weeks now with the folk at Supersonic. The service is garbage and that WHATSAPP service line they have for purported speedy responses is an absolute lie. The company needs to improve the way it services its customers. There is a bubble of incompetence in the supersonic sky and the reviews on this platform show how much improving this so called best ISP has to do. Devastatingly disappointing experience. We live and we hope and pray for service in week three and four.
