Shocking Service

Wi-Fi did not return after load-shedding, called the help-line where I was put on the line for 30 minutes only to be told "we are aware that the connection is done in your area". I asked for an expected time of repair and I was informed "I don't know". Absolutely poor service, definitely will be changing ISPs.
