Shocking Client Service

You have got to be one of the worst companies I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with, not even worth the 1 star - your client service is appalling - would suggest that your CEO phone your call center anonymously and see if he would be happy with the way in which issues are dealt with or more like not dealt with. If it wasn't for the person who answers your fb messenger I don't know what I would have done at least he/she is trying to help - 3 ISP numbers later and still no service since the 2nd of November. If the issue is with Vumetal sort it out - STOP PASSING THE BUCK AND PROVIDE THE SERVICE FOR WHICH YOU HAVE BEEN PAID
