Shereen Govender, doesn't call customers, hides behind agents....

I've been waiting for a call from Adrian for the whole week who was supposed to have called me last week Friday, it's almost a week, they said he's going to call within 24hrs...

You can't stop WORD OF MOUTH advertising, SUPERSONIC SUCKS!!!! No one provides feedback, no one actually calls back, the managers rather hide behind the call center agents like Shereen Govender, the cancellations dept never call within the 24hrs (ADRIAN)...

CAN GOD INTERVENE!!!!!!
