Service sucks from the get Go!

We placed an order, when completing the order we got an error stating we already have an existing isp at our location. WE DON'T.

I decided to call and then got told the order actually went through. We never received an email or anything to even make us aware of the order that went through successfully.

Been trying to chat on whatsapp to someone since this morning, and literally no response. Since 8am this morning we have been waiting for someone to respond, and still no response.

The service hasn't even begun yet, yet we feel like we should cancel. We probably are as soon as we can get through to someone to do the cancelation!

The service from this company is absolutely pathetic! And I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
