**** SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I requeated cancellation on the 10th of August 2020 eff 30/09/2020. Ever since I had to keep calling, send whatsapp messages and facebook inbox messages and I keep being told my qeuery will be escalated. Two months ago I was told RAM will contact me to collect the router AND I AM STILL WAITING!!!!! Furthermore I was sent an invoice for cancelled services and for a router I am waiting to be collected. I had to transfer all my money out of my account last month because I received notification that I will be debitted R1400+. I AM LOSING MY PATIENCE THIS IS THE MOST PATHETIC SERVICE I HAVE EVER REVEICED IN MY LIFE. 3 months later and still i am being told my query is being escalated!!!!! I WANT MY DAMN QUERY RESOLVED!!!!!!!!
