**** Service

I am extremely dissapointed in Supersonic Fibre as a brand, there service is an absolute disgrace!!

I've made a payment to get my fibre installed and connected but when I made the payment on there website on the 04/05/2020 the website logged me off once the payment was completed and I couldnt go any further. The payment was taken from my account R395 but nobody could confirm if they received the payment even though I send all my details even the payment reference and proof of payment on my bank statement which clearly states Supersonic and a reference.. Up until today nobody can sort this out I have to wait 3 days for a reply then nothing after that! Very bad and extremely dissapointed!!!
