Refund

Good day I app**** for a Wi-Fi internet and Supersonic sent me a wrong easy pay reference after making 2payments I noticed that my internet was not working. I called them and they finally told me that they made a mistake the easypay ref number belonged to someone else so they will therefore give me my refund of R790. From the 5th of March till today they keep on telling me that my money will be in my acc but they never transfer it. I phone them every week and they always making empty promises. Kindly help me get my refund please.
