Refund

I have canceled my subscription with Supersonic in May and served a noticed and I was told they will debit the 1000 as a security to return the router. I have returned their router on the 7th June and they received it on the 8th June, Jonas have signed for the router and I even sent them the proof. I kept on calling everyday for my refund and they always says Friday but up until today nothing happened. I just want my refund
