Contacted supersonic fibre on the 30/10/2019 at about 3pm to sign up with them, The agent that assisted me captured all my details quickly and efficiently without any hassles or unnecessary delays. The same agent carried alot of knowledge about the product and answered all my questions to the best of his ability.

The next morning at 9am i got a call from vumatel to arrange to install the unit at my residence by 11am that very same morning. After Vumatel finished with their installation and left the premises it took Supersonic fibre 30minutes to call me to send out a technician to install the router and have me connected still on the very same day.

I would recommend them to any one as my experience with them was excellent and they went above and beyond to ensure that i am live with fibre A.S.A.P. The connectivity ever since has been stable with no down time and no issues at all.
