Poor WIFI, Poor Customer service

Not only does your WIFI connection suck, but so does your customer service. I am paying for 50mpbs up and down and I am lucky if i get 15mpbs. You hold on forever for the call center and it at least a day to get a response from whatsapp or twitter and then the response is to reboot the router. I reboot the ****** router 4 to 5 times a day :(
