Poor top up systems

Their services is so frustratingly poor. You make a top up it doesn't reflect, you call them and it takes ages for their agents to pick up the call, and when they eventually do pick up they will demand proof of payment, they will keep quiet then you have to call them again then you are told you haven't sent the correct one, you send them proof of payment they just keep quiet, you call them again they tell you it takes time to make a top up you will have to wait since you are not the only one who make top ups.

You spend more money calling them than the actual top up. They need to fix up their top up system.
