Poor services

Good day, really disappointed with supersonic, I have been waiting for over a week now for activation, whenever I call in, theres different stories given by the consultants, clearly members are untrained because they give wrong information and broken promises. I regret dealing with vumatel and supersonic. I would like to get some response from team that knows what they doing and I need my activation to be sorted asap.
