Poor service to customers, after your money.

Guys please stay away from this supersonic Fibre. They are very imcompetent and they are just after your money. My free trial ends today and I was told if I cancel the service I won't have any obligations to them. Now they are forcing me to pay them. Their terms and conditions being clear to me after reading it at least 3 times. They take forever to install, poor communication with customers. They make sure you don't understand they jargon and don't respond to your queries the way you expect a service provider.
