Poor service from Supersonic LTE

I am waiting for over 1 month for a refund from Supersonic LTE for a cancelled contract.The consultant Ziyanda constantly promises that accounts is busy with the refund. It is over 1 month and still nothing. No reference numbers for calls, no cc on internal emails...Only empty promises! Please don't sign up with Supersonic unless you want poor service
