Poor Service from Supersonic Fibre

Poor service from Supersonic. I asked to be connected on the 28TH of March 2021 by Supersonic Fibre they promised to do that within a week up to today there is still no connectivity in my home. What is more frustrating is that they send you from pillar to post. They actually connected their router which is now blocking other ISPs who can connect me, when I tell them to disconnect so they make way for other serious ISPs they come up with excuses.
