Poor Service From Supersonic

Absolutely pathetic service fro supersonic, I have been waiting over a month just to re-activate my fibre line, but everytime you call in, they tell you that they have marked your call as urgent and It will be sorted in 24 to 48 hours. Then i have call back to follow up 48 hours later. Tried contacting a manager, but with no luck.
