Poor service ever

Poor service from supersonic, I started experiencing fiber fault from Sunday, I called them from Monday and promised that technician will come to my place to assist, which never happened, I did follow up on Tuesday and I even ask to talk to manager, I was told that manager is busy will call me as soon as their done,it never happen, Wednesday same story, I called even today, I still ask to talk to the manager, I was told that the are no manager. Honestly this is on of the Poor service I have experienced in my life.

Full on lies and ***********, I want this issue resolved as soon as possible,

I even try to call vumatel and they told me to call supersonic.
