Poor service

I been with them for 8months and never miss them to pay...after 8 months they told me i skip February month to pay...but i got all my slips...i call them they told me its technology problem i own them nothing my account is update...on friday they cut off my wifi say i own them...i call them send sms and also on Facebook but still they don't solve my problem...i was talking to one of the agent she cut me off when i ask here what money do i own them if i got all my slip...sitll im out of wifi and they didn't resolvedy problem...poor service
