Poor service

Unsatisfactory, poor service from supersonic. BS service. I've made a lot of calls to the ISP, they can't even put me through to management. Just got off a 2hr call, which agent hung up with providing feedback. I'm tired of calling everyday to follow up on case. *********** organizational, 1 star is enough
