Poor Service

I've been with Supersonic LTE for while now,must say I ha e been happy with their connection speeds etc and I knew the risks that was involved when taking LTE in my area,and its been superb,but the last 7 days I have had little to no connection speed whatsoever and I get the same stupid excuses from everyone at Supersonic, I understand that weather etc might affect it,but not 7 days straight. I refuse to pay another cent until my internet is sorted out. I believe if I pay for a service,I must get just that,so at the moment no service,no payment as simple as that!
