Poor Service

Their customer service sucks. I app**** for unlimited fibre in July. They confirmed that it is covered in my area of residence. After waiting for the 7-14 days installation period, they kept on postponing. I wasted so much time and money on follow-up which never happenes. Some of their call centre staff are rude. A very poor service I must say.
