Poor Service

Internet speed is very low (lower than what we signed up for), we experience connectivity challenges, internet was down since 15h00 on 18 Apr 2021 until 08:00 when I left for work today 19 Apr 2021, this the 3rd time this month that our internet goes off. I tried calling them to log the call and I was told there would be no reference number for the call since their technicians are working on the problem, internet outages are frequent and the internet speed is very slow. Poor service from them and the fact that you cant even log a call online for an internet provider it is really disappointing.
