Poor service

All I wanted was to move half a block away from my present residence to a new one with all the fiber connections in place both sides. Waiting time 7-14 days After a week and with a child doing home schooling I escalated the problem. Each time I get the same standard answer "sorry cannot help you you need to wait 7-14 days." This is the second week now and they still read the same computer driven answer you need to wait 7-14 days. Some in the service department promised to escalate it, Kumaren says he will come back but they never do. Chad from sales says I must cancel and apply again. LOL...What a Joke he was serious.....!!!!
