Poor service

Imagine ordering 100/100 fiber speed and they only gave me 30/30. No one knows what’s the problem. This company has put me through hell. The manager will be available in 48 hours, imagine how appalling is that service. Their support is total garbage. The worst part of it all, I will definitely be billed for 100/100 come month end. This absolutely ridiculous! How many times do I have to complain about Supersonic and their ****ty service.
