Poor Service

Wow, the worst customer service I have ever experienced. After 3 calls and internet not working for a week and a half (when I work from home) and still cant tell me what the issue is. Get promised a call back but they never do. And I'll probably still get charged for the time my internet has not worked when I've been massively inconvenienced and spent more than my monthly bill trying to make a plan for their issue.
