Poor poor poor service

I had a vodacom fibre line installed and since then the reception is utterly terrible the wifi signal from the router barely reaches 10 meters and tried extending the wifi signal through a wifi extender but to no avail I tried logging a service request and its tedious to say the least when I contact the Fibre technical dept ....let me put it this way Vodacom is employing people that answers the phone and thats that.So I will not be renewing the contract after 12 months I will go back to the service provider that was tried and tested to work properly and thats MTN..THANK YOU VODACOM FOR NOTHING
