Poor fiber connectivity by Supersonic-MTN

I have experienced one of the worst services from Supersonic ISP .Who provides internet over fiber for MTN. After lot of delebration they installed fiber but again they are delaying my router installation due to which I am out of connectivity for last couple of days. Thier chat service superguru is the worst. you will never get timely update on it. Now in current state I am ready to keep MTN fiber but Supersonic as an ISP is really a pain for their unprofessional support. Regards Somnath ***
