Poor fiber connection

SuperSonic has started again with disconnecting my service and I’m never late for my payment but when I call I’m told it will take 48hrs for the issue to resolve, I have assignments to submit which is why I got the service. I’m never late for my payment but you guys do me like this, your service is beyond appalling. I’m need my service restored
