Poor customer service delivery from Supersonicfibre .

Very poor service from Supersonic . I upgraded my speed from 10Mbps to 20Mbps a number of months ago paying an extra R200 a month but 90% of the time don't even reach 10Mbps . I have tried several times to contact them either on e-mail or Whatsapp but the only replies or automated . I eventual got through on their landline but had to wait six minutes for a operator only to be put through to someone else and again was left waiting with music playing again . I eventually got fed up and hanged up !
