Poor customer service.

I'm really not happy with the level of communication. I ordered my mtn sim and they were supposed to deliver today (29.07.2021) but they gave the courier company the wrong address. I have tried to call, but had to hold for more than 10 minutes after which my airtime was finished. They ask you to request a call back if you can't hold, but no one ever calls back. I'm already regretting purchasing from them.
