Poor customer service.

I’ve been calling for the past 3 hours to get my line fixed, still nothing. The customer service is absolute garbage. Nontsikelelo Nyosi, project manager, is nowhere to be found and she is the only person the business that can activate routers. This is insane!! She doesn’t pickup calls or respond to text messages. This is the worst day of my life, I’m losing money, my business has taken financial hit! I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone at all.
