Poor Connection All The Time from 00:00 - 03:00. Not so Super not so Sonic

What’s wrong with you guys, it’s my second complaint now and I have screenshots. Why do you always Throttle my connection around 00:00am to 02:00am. I usually do my academics at this time and having 0.4Mbps down and 2Mbps up is really putting me at a disadvantage. The last time I spoke to one of your technicians they said they were changing my server and they promised to connect me to a new one without problems but the problem still remains and my connection has gotten worse. During these Covid times we highly rely on the internet to do work, businesses and academics. Please fix this guys please! How do I upload screenshots here!???
