Please try never to use Supersonic or any MTN related service - ever.

Poorest service ever. Can't contact them in any way. Sent two mails to complain about the service and I only got an outdated automated reply stating that it is an unattended mail box and that I should WhatsApp or call them on an 0860 number. At this exact moment, 20:35 on the 24th of August 2021, I have been waiting more than 35 minutes on a call to the call centre, the past 19 minutes of which I have been number three in the queue. And all I want to find out is why the signal is currantly so slow that I am unable to even perform a speed test on my android box. The one time I could, the download speed was 0,86mb/s!!!
