PATHETIC SERVICE EVER, TERRIBLE SERVICE

The worse service I have ever had in my life. I bought a voucher for fibre for R395. I had to borrow this money hoping that I will work from home. Bought voucher on 9 May 2021 still have no connections on 24 May 2021. They gave case numbers and it get resolved without a solution. No supervisor, no manager, no escalation process. only promises to wait for 72 hours. I waited now for 3 weeks without any connection. I will never advise anyone to go for this service provider. Pathetic service
