Pathetic service delivery and useless call center

Pathetic customer service, made me wait 27 minutes the call was dropped. Futher more the disconnected my service due to their own error 6 days still no joy, I have sent emails still no luck. In the beginning there were no problems.. now it's pathetic not sure why they still operating. And it seems they have no managers, no one gets back to you.. very dissatisfied and disappointed.
