Pathetic service

I have not had internet connection since the 4th of Aug, I have called on numerous times, where I was told I will be contacted, but nothing productive comes from it. I called in 6 times over the last 2 days. Why is your customer service so horrible, seeing from your rating of 1.3 on Google, I would have expected Supersonic to at least try for better customer service. It's pointless calling in, what else can I do to get my internet connection up and running? This is frustrating
