Pathetic service. First of all, late delivery, 2nd, why do you package and deliver a product that is not yet activated? Only to make me struggle connecting to you people on the phone of which I never get help, hold the lines for two hours and be told nobody is available to assist right now WHEN IT'S WORKING HOURS.
