Pathetic Service

Once again, no response to my messages,been told how many times my issue has been escalated,been without proper working internet for over a month,sky high ping next to no download speed!! Pathetic Service,Management is spineless,not contact with clients,this was the last straw for me,I am canceling my services. Do not expect a cent from me Supersonic,your 30 day notice period you won't get money from me,I won't pay for none existing service! Everyone thats thinking of using Supersonic, dont pathetic,spineless *****!
