Pathetic service

I am totally disgusted with supersonic, their staff are not in any way technical, and like to argue and talk over you and then slam the phone on your ear, I have not agreed to term from them, when they took over from. NEPIC I have not signed any agreement stating I wanted to move over or have my account debited by them, my line is constantly freezing up and they have no resolve to this, they cannot tell me why my line keeps freezing or have any resolve, I'm constantly doing a line speed test, frankly their business ethics is dubious, customer service non-existant, and no technical expertise at all.
