Pathetic service

Worst customer service ever, been having endless problems since I received my rooter , still waiting for my line to be activated, when I try to call always in a long line waiting to talk to someone and if the you do eventually get trough and the call drops they do not even bother calling you back, sent out a technician to configure my rooter but could not activate anything because they where offline nothing more was done since then, I would not recommend this company , rather pay more for better service
