Pathetic pathetic pathetic!

If I could give supersonic a zero rating I totally would. It has been over 14 days since we spoke to supersonic and scheduled our fibre move. Nothing has happened still. On WhatsApp I have requested assistance from their superstars who completely ignore my request. The service is absolutely pathetic, the property where our fibre was originally installed has new owners that are unable to get their lines sorted because ours still hasn't been cancelled! Seriously supersonic, get your heads out of the gutter and provide an actual service!
