Pathetic and disgusting service

I wish I never chose supersonic really. I should've checked the reviews first. Everything is set up. I paid them the next day vumatel came to put in my router. The evening of that same day supersonic sent me a sms with my username and password. I tried searching for my signal and there was no username showing up. It's been 4 days already. Every time I phone supersonic they put me through to the technical team and then the technical team put me through to the call center and it's a back and forth like that until they eventually just put the phone off. When I phone they can't find my account. My account doesn't show up. How can my account not show up but supersonic got my money. So what's going on? I probably wasted over r400 airtime on phoning supersonic. Most times you don't even get through to them. You waiting in line until you've reached number 2 or 3 in the line then the call gets disconnected. Supersonic service is pathetic and disgusting. I promise you if you choose supersonic it will be the biggest mistake of your life.
